Driven by one mission: to help India's youth become employable and grow into good citizens.

He brings a rare blend of corporate and classroom expertise, with a journey spanning Bharti AXA Life Insurance, Hindustan Unilever and ING Vysya Life Insurance.

With over 28 years of professional experience, including 15 years as a trainer and freelance consultant, he is an MEPSC (NSDC) certified Level 6 Platform Skills Master Trainer and an NISM-SEBI certified SMARTs trainer for the Securities Market. His corporate roles spanned training, sales and team leadership.

He has delivered online and classroom training in BFSI, Insurance, Digital Payments, Platform Skills, Employability Skills, Soft Skills and Spoken English. Major assignments include Global Talent Track, Tata Consultancy Services (YEP), NAANDI Foundation, Rubicon Skill Development, Poornatha (NSDL & Indian Bank), WAGONS (NPCI) and Logchain India (Sector Skill Council).

A graduate in English Honours, with postgraduate diplomas in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and in Training & Development, he believes the right skills and values can change a young person's future, and he is committed to making that happen.
